Kirsten Hetzel Wilson

Kirsten Hetzel Wilson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, and international assignment consulting. At Baker Hughes, Kirsten serves as Legal Sustainability Counsel and previously held the position of Senior Counsel for Global Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions and Legal Counsel in PetroTechnical Services and Government Affairs & Litigation at Schlumberger. Kirsten was also a Senior Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. and has prior experience as an International Financial Consultant at Emery Worldwide and as an International Assignment Consultant at Cendant International Assignment Services. Kirsten earned a JD, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School and completed studies at The Wharton School in 2015.
