Paz Roqué

Paz Roqué serves as the Enterprise Talent & Learning Director at Baker Hughes since September 2019, previously holding positions such as Learning Communities & Design Leader and Senior Manager Learning Development. Prior experience includes nearly a decade at GE, where roles encompassed Country Human Resources Manager for Chile, providing leadership coaching and guidance on HR fundamentals, employee relations, and talent management, along with active participation in the Human Resources Leadership Program.
