Anna Brown

Anna Brown has a diverse and extensive work experience. Anna began their career at Shearman & Sterling LLP in 1990 as an Associate and later transitioned to the role of Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion. In 1997, they joined Continuum Health Partners as an Associate General Counsel before returning to Shearman & Sterling LLP in 2001 as a Special Attorney and the Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion. In 2017, Brown joined Baker McKenzie as the Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion, and later became the Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer. Most recently, in 2023, they started working at Mass General Brigham as the SVP, Chief DE&I Officer. Throughout their career, Anna Brown has demonstrated their expertise and commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations.

Anna Brown obtained a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Howard University School of Law, where they attended from 1987 to 1990. Anna has also been admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
