Brett Addis

Brett Addis is a seasoned professional in human capital advisory with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Practice Director for Human Capital Advisory at Baker Tilly US since June 2025, Brett has driven a 60% year-over-year pipeline growth following the Moss Adams and Baker Tilly integration. Prior experience includes leading the Human Capital Advisory practice at Moss Adams from December 2022 to June 2025, where Brett achieved national recognition and double-digit pipeline growth. As Global Vice President at SAP from 2014 to 2022, Brett scaled the HR Customer Transformation Advisory organization and expanded programs to over 1,000 global enterprises. Additional roles at Appirio, Bernard Hodes Group, Korn Ferry, and Washington Mutual Bank further demonstrate Brett's expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, and talent management.
