Dragan Panjkovic

Dragan Panjkovic is a seasoned professional in the field of cyber security and IT infrastructure management, currently serving as the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Manager at Bakers Delight since May 2018. With a robust background in managing and executing technology projects, Dragan has successfully led initiatives such as the establishment of a Cyber Security Program and data center migration. Prior to Bakers Delight, Dragan accumulated significant experience at Coles Group as an Infrastructure Project Manager, overseeing various cyber security and IT infrastructure projects, including privileged access management and PCI DSS compliance. Dragan began the career at Coles Myer and Superdrug, gaining foundational technical expertise and leadership skills. Dragan holds a Bachelor of Business Systems from Monash University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
