Ian Tanner

Ian Tanner is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in digital and HR program delivery, project management, and business analysis. Currently serving as Domain Lead for Digital, HR, Integration, and Development at Bakkavor since August 2017, Ian is responsible for the rollout of global HR and digital products, overseeing significant projects such as SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams implementations. Prior roles include Head of Programme Delivery at Elite Insurance Company Limited, where Ian managed a £5m budget across EMEA, and a Business Analyst at E.ON UK, focusing on contact centre transformations. Additionally, Ian has held key positions at Danwood, Lincolnshire County Council, and various other organizations, consistently delivering successful projects and establishing governance frameworks. Ian holds an education from Lincoln School of Science and Technology.
