Liliya Dmytrenko has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Recruiter at BAKOTECH since March 2023. Prior to this, Liliya worked at EPAM Systems for seven years, also as a Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment for IT specialists. Previous roles include Recruiter positions at Innovecs and Банк "Надра", where Liliya focused on personnel selection, conducting interviews, and developing adaptation programs. Liliya began their career in human resources at Avon Cosmetics Ukraine, taking on various administrative and coordination tasks, and has a Bachelor's degree in Philology from Kiev National University of Taras Shevchenko.
