Cynthia Campbell has a diverse range of work experience. Cynthia started their career as a Regional Sales Administrator at Bridge Information Systems in 1998 and then moved on to become an Internet Product Specialist at FutureSource in 2000. Cynthia worked there for five years before joining BALANCE Financial Fitness in 2005 as a Partner Relations Manager, where they managed relationships with credit union partners and promoted the BALANCE program. In 2008, Cynthia became the Vice President of Financial Empowerment at Tinker Federal Credit Union, where they managed the financial empowerment program and led the financial education staff. Cynthia then joined Filene Research Institute in 2013 and held various roles, including Director of Innovation Labs and Director of Impact and Labs. In these roles, Cynthia managed specific research projects and scaled financial products designed for low and moderate-income consumers. Cynthia then joined Oklahoma Central Credit Union in 2016 as the VP of Innovation and Strategy. Finally, Cynthia worked as the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at BALANCE since 2018, overseeing the user experience strategy and counseling programs. Cynthia also served as the VP of Enterprise Project Management for a year, aligning projects with business objectives.
