Rhea Rossiter Koziatek, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, Rhea worked as a Co-owner at Raydiance Wellness and simultaneously served as an Assistant Producer in Talent and Location at Liberty Lane Films. In the same year, they also completed an Adobe Technology Teaching Internship at Godby High School.

In 2012, Rhea joined American Airlines as a Station Agent and later transitioned into the role of Human Resources Coordinator, where they handled full life cycle recruiting, onboarding, and payroll support. Rhea also played a crucial role in redesigning the headcount planning staffing model. Additionally, they served as a Trainer and Crew Chief for regional aircraft, managing HR needs and processing payroll for 60 employees.

In 2016, Rhea joined The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth as an MBA Faculty Assistant, providing classroom support, grading assistance, and acting as a student/faculty liaison. Rhea audited numerous MBA coursework credits and assisted in the recruitment of classroom assistants.

From 2018 to 2022, Rhea worked at Enviva, beginning as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and later progressing to roles such as Talent Program Manager and Human Resources Operations Program Manager. In these positions, they oversaw employee onboarding, managed HRIS technology, developed company-wide culture and engagement initiatives, and implemented the first internship program.

In 2019, Rhea joined Airbus as a Graduate Capstone Project Consultant, focusing on Diversity & Inclusion. Rhea contributed their expertise until the end of the year.

Currently, Rhea is serving as the Human Resources Director at Balance Health, a position they started in 2022.

Rhea Rossiter Koziatek, SHRM-SCP, holds a Masters of Human Resource Management with a specialization in Strategic Human Capital from Georgetown University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned their BA in Mass Media Communication & Theatre from Florida State University, graduating in 2008. In addition to their degrees, Rhea has achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in June 2020.
