David Coss

David Coss has a diverse work history in the field of UX and design. Their most recent position is as UX Team Lead at Balance Innovations, a Brink's Division, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Architect at Cox Automotive Inc. from May 2019 to November 2021. From 2017 to 2019, David served as Manager UX/Web Development at Staples Promotional Products. David also held positions at Staples as Supervising Art Director from 2013 to 2017 and as Art Director from 2010 to 2013. David's career began as a Graphic Designer at Sign Here Inc. from 2008 to 2010.

David Coss obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from Kansas State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired two additional certifications: Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, obtained in September 2022, and Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design from LUMA Institute, obtained in September 2021.
