Harley Ray Barron

Harley Ray Barron has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

In 2010, they worked as an Allocator at La Senza, where they allocated stock to stores and analyzed sales data.

In 2011, they interned as a PR Intern at Lu Flux, where they promoted the brand and organized the AW11 collection presentation. They also worked on graphic design projects.

In 2012, they worked as an Eco Fashion Intern at Urban Times, where they worked as a journalist, editor, and graphic designer. They researched sustainable fashion developments and created graphics for the online magazine.

In 2013, they held two roles simultaneously: Art Director at 69b Boutique, where they directed art-related projects, and Marketing & Network Assistant at Ethical Fashion Forum, where they assisted with marketing and network-related tasks.

In 2015, they worked as a Graphic Designer as a freelancer for a brief period. Later that year, they joined The Fairtrade Foundation as a Campaigns Coordinator/Campaigns Volunteer. In this position, they managed membership schemes, supported community campaigners, and assisted in the development of a new CRM system.

Starting in 2016, they joined Edge of Ember as a Studio Assistant before transitioning to the role of Brand Manager. As a Brand Manager, they played a key role in building the brand from a startup to a £3 million business. They were involved in various aspects of the business, including marketing, product development, customer experience, e-commerce, and content strategies. They also developed detailed strategies, managed the marketing calendar, and worked closely with stakeholders to align with brand objectives.

Most recently, in 2022, they joined Balance Me Natural Skincare as a Brand Manager.

Harley Ray Barron attended Wimbledon High School GDST from 2001 to 2008. Harley Ray then pursued a Foundation degree in Art/Art Studies, General at Leeds Arts University from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion Design, Styling, and Promotion at Middlesex University from 2009 to 2012.
