Irys Wajnryb

Irys Wajnryb is the current head of legal at Balance. Irys has an extensive background in the financial sector, including working as a legal associate specializing in FinTech at Shibolet & Co. and as a jurist for the Israel Securities Authority. Irys has also worked as a research and operations assistant at the GAL Foundation Inc and as a judicial law clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel. Irys' experience and expertise in the financial sector makes their uniquely qualified to lead Balance's legal team.

Irys Wajnryb studied law and cognitive sciences at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Irys Wajnryb reports to Bar Geron, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Yoni Shuster - Co-Founder & CTO, Yonatan Eldan - Chief of Staff, and Kevin Yichen Yang - Head of Credit.
