Neel Rane

Neel Rane serves as the Head of Legal at Paradigm Health since March 2025. Prior to this role, Neel held the position of Head of Legal at Aditum Bio from April 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic in-licensing deals, managing legal due diligence, and providing business and legal advice to executive leadership. Neel’s experience also includes serving as General Corporate Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at Verily Life Sciences from February 2016 to April 2021, focusing on drafting strategic collaborations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Earlier roles include General Corporate Counsel at Covington & Burling between May 2012 and January 2016, where Neel represented life sciences companies in technology transactions and supported M&A transactions. Neel Rane earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing from The Wharton School.
