Lior Naveh

Lior Naveh has extensive work experience in the HR and talent acquisition field. They are currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Balance since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Logz.io from 2015 to 2022, where they held various roles including HR Business & Recruiting Partner and HR Specialist. At Logz.io, they were responsible for managing recruitment processes, conducting employee and manager 1:1 sessions, providing career guidance, and overseeing organizational projects such as the Friends Referral Program and employer branding activities. Before Logz.io, Lior worked at Cisco Systems as an EMEAR recruiter and at Intucell as an HR & Recruitment Specialist. They also gained experience as an HR Specialist at PMC-Sierra and as an Office Manager at Wintegra.

Lior Naveh completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Tel Aviv Academic College. This educational journey took place from 2009 to 2012.
