Lilian Costache

Lilian Costache is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as HRBP at Balcan Packaging since March 2022, Lilian previously held roles at Oldcastle as HR & Payroll Administrator from July 2015 to March 2020, and at Humangest Group as HR & Recruitment Director from September 2007 to July 2012, where coordination of the HR & Recruitment Department was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes building the HR department as HR Manager at Fontanella Group from 2002 to 2007. Lilian holds a Certificat en gestion des Ressources Humaines from Université du Québec à Montréal (2013-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitatea Româno-Americană din București (1993-1999).
