Arbnor I. is an experienced chemical engineer with a robust background in research and development within the chemical industry. Currently serving as the R&D Process Engineering Manager at Balchem Corporation since February 2021, Arbnor I. previously held the position of Director of Process Engineering at Innophos from 2007 to February 2021. Prior roles include Sr. Scientist and Chemical Engineer at Innophos, Research and Development Chemist at Pan Technology Inc., Process Engineer at Elementis Specialties, and Research and Development Chemist at Penn Color, Inc. Arbnor I. holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje.
