Sarah Marcus

Sarah Marcus, MBA, serves as the Human Resources Director at Balchem Corporation since December 2020, overseeing HR initiatives within a global leader in specialty ingredients for nutrition, health, and food markets. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Collins Aerospace, managing HR for a $1B global business unit and local union relations for a multi-division location, and Associate Director of Human Resources at Pratt & Whitney, leading HR for the Aftermarket Operations Organization across North America and Europe. Additionally, Sarah provided strategic HR support at Johnson Controls and held leadership roles at JLG Industries, Inc. and McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing. Sarah holds an MBA and an MS in Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a B.S. in Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
