Christopher Yellen has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Christopher served as the Vice President of Learning at Balfour Beatty Communities, where they designed and implemented training programs for military and conventional housing. Christopher also researched and developed new training curriculum and materials to enhance training policies and procedures. Prior to that, Christopher was the Chief Learn-ologist at Learn-ology, where they worked as a consultant and facilitator for clients in the hospitality and service industries, designing and delivering various learning materials. Christopher had a long tenure at Choice Hotels, where they held several leadership roles, including Senior Director of Systems and Contact Center Learning and Vice President of Property Systems and Performance Training. In these positions, they managed a large organization and coordinated field staff efforts, while providing support and collaboration with external vendors. Additionally, Christopher co-owned a home furnishing and decor retailer called home-ology, where they handled marketing, branding, and financial aspects of the business.
Christopher Yellen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature/Communications from Pace University. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a COPC Registered Coordinator for VMOs from COPC.
