Irelynne Estevez-Waller has a extensive work experience in various roles related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. Prior to their work at Hobsons, Estevez-Waller held the position of Bilingual Recruiter at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 2011 to 2012. Irelynne also worked as a Bilingual Admissions Counselor at Northern Kentucky University from 2004 to 2011.

Irelynne Estevez-Waller completed their education from 2000 to 2004 at Ohio University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Northern Kentucky University, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Integrative Studies, specializing in School Counseling and Business. In 2021, Irelynne obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.
