Patrica Duggan is Senior Vice President of Operation Assurance for Balfour Beatty Communities, responsible for developing and overseeing operational assurance strategy, including operating systems and technologies, policies and procedures, risk management and contract management across Balfour Beatty Communities and Investments.

Ms. Duggan has over 30+ years’ experience in construction and operation services. She is well versed in all phases of design, construction, and operation of infrastructure projects across sectors including military, education, healthcare, custodial, and transportation. Ms. Duggan also holds professional qualifications in Building, Project Management and Purchasing and Supply.
