Ken Dion is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project supervision, primarily within the multi-family division. Currently serving as Senior Superintendent at Balfour Beatty US since December 2021, Ken previously held positions as Project Superintendent at New South Construction and KATERRA, as well as Batson-Cook Construction, overseeing various projects such as garden-style apartments and assisted living facilities across locations including Charlotte, NC, and Atlanta, GA. With over 19 years at Balfour Beatty Construction US, Ken demonstrated expertise in managing a diverse range of residential and mixed-use developments from Frederick, Maryland to Key West, Florida.
