Lance Warren

Lance Warren is the Change Estimator at Balfour Beatty. Lance has over 10 years of experience in the commercial and estimating field, working on projects with values ranging from $40m to $100m. Lance has a strong background in project management,procurement, and staff management.

Lance Warren has a BSc in Construction Economics from Thomas Bennett and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators. Lance is also a Member of The Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering from AACE International and a member of the Australian Cost Engineering Society from the Society of Engineers Australia. In addition, they are a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and the Project Management institute. Lance is also a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis.

They are on a team with Trust Manyame - Senior QS, Keith Scott - MQS, and Stacey Noble - Senior Quantity Surveyor. Their manager is Karl Bamforth, Commercial Manager.
