Prior to this role, Narendra held positions such as Head of Operations at Ramco Industries Ltd, Vice President-Manufacturing at Relaxo, and Sr. Vice President - Operation at Balkrishna Industries Ltd. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Calicut, Narendra has also completed advanced management programs from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and AIMA, N.Delhi.
