Vimal Katiyar

Vimal Katiyar serves as the Sr. Vice President of Operations at PepsiCo - Varun Beverages Ltd, leading safety transformation and energy initiatives while managing manufacturing operations across nine plants in the West zone of India. Katiyar co-founded The Bento Coach, focusing on reflective practices to enhance creativity in individuals' lives, and previously contributed as a Principal Consultant at Workplace Dynamics, emphasizing systematic management consulting. Prior roles include Director of Manufacturing & Engineering at Perfetti Van Melle, where operations spanned across India and Sri Lanka, and Regional Manufacturing Head at PepsiCo, overseeing eight beverage plants in northern India. Katiyar's career began at ICI India Limited in various leadership positions and included a scientific role at the Defence Research & Development Organization, contributing to significant projects. Katiyar holds an M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor’s degree from Jadavpur University.
