Lisa Nobles, SHRM-SCP is the Director of Human Resources at Ball-Chatham School District. With a background in human resources management, Lisa has led HR teams and initiatives in various organizations, including State of Illinois Executive Ethics Commission and Rapid City Area Schools. Lisa has a strong track record of implementing process improvements, managing large teams, and fostering collaborative relationships. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from William Woods University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication, Advertising, and Art from Southeast Missouri State University.
