Greg Trabka

Greg Trabka brings extensive experience in the horticultural industry, currently serving as the New Product Development Manager at Ball Horticultural Company since 2004. In this role, Trabka leads the ideation, development, and execution of innovative product launches, managing 5-7 projects annually while focusing on growth development and manufacturing strategies. Previously, Trabka held the position of Manager of Sustainability at Ball, where there was a strong emphasis on integrating sustainability into the company culture through education and awareness programs. Before joining Ball, Trabka was the Production & Greenhouse Manager at Smith Floral & Greenhouse, overseeing labor, marketing, sales, and production of ornamental plants across 40,000 square feet. Trabka holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, an MS in Horticulture from the University of Agriculture in Lublin, Poland, and an AS in Landscape Architecture from Lansing Community College.
