Madison Surface

Madison Surface is currently the Assistant Director of Football Operations at Ball State University Athletics since February 2024. Prior to this role, Madison was a Telecommunications Student and Student Intern at Ball State University. Madison also serves as the Executive Producer at Behind The Number. Madison has a degree in Journalism and Telecommunications, with a focus on Sports Studies, from Ball State University. In their role, Madison creates personalized videos for donors to show appreciation for their support of the university.
