Megan Ralston

Megan Ralston is currently serving as the Director for HRIS Project at Grampians Health since November 2023. Prior to this role, Megan worked as the Manager for People, Strategy & Growth at MKM Constructions for a brief period. With a background in human resources, Megan previously held positions such as Senior Workforce Business Partner and Workforce Business Partner at Grampians Health. Megan started their career as a Human Resources Officer at McCain Foods before moving on to become a Service Supervisor at Woolworths Limited. Megan holds a Bachelor of Management degree in Human Resources from Federation University Australia.
