Lani Berman

Lani Berman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began as a Consultant at Aon Hewitt in 1993 and later worked as an Intern at Teva Pharmaceuticals in 1997. In 1998, they joined Goodroe Healthcare Solutions as a Consultant and stayed there until 2004. From 2005 to 2006, Lani worked as a Manager at VHA and then moved up to the position of Director at VHA in 2006. They continued to advance within the company and served as a Senior Director from 2007 to 2011, and then as Vice President from 2011 to 2016. Most recently, Lani has been employed at Vizient, Inc since 2016, starting as a Principal and later becoming a Sr. Principal in January 2019.

Lani Berman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Math at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1989 to 1993. Lani then pursued further education at Emory University, obtaining both an MPH degree focused on Health Policy and an MBA degree from Goizueta Business School, between 1996 and 1998.
