Graham Cofer

Graham Cofer, currently serving as Project Manager & SE Operations Manager at Ballard Marine Construction, previously held the title of VP Commercial Diving at UESI from 2003 to 2016, and worked as a Project Manager at Underwater Construction Corporation from 1990 to 2003. Graham received their education from Divers Institute of Technology in 1988.
