Elahe Tajbakhsh

Ella (Elahe) Tajbakhsh is a research scientist at Ballard Power Systems, currently serving as Research Scientist R2, after previously holding the title of Research Scientist R1. Prior experience includes roles as Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Simon Fraser University, as well as Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of the Fraser Valley. Ella's research has focused on the development of earth-abundant organometallic catalysts for water oxidation to produce hydrogen gas, as well as the impacts of pressure on Diels-Alder reactions. Ella holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of the Fraser Valley.
