Don Weatherell

Don Weatherell is a NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor with over fifteen years of experience. Don started their career in 1996 as Vice President & NFL Agent for BC Sports, Inc. where they worked closely with clients and helped secure record breaking contracts. In 2021, they were appointed President of Football Operations for Ballengee Group.

Don Weatherell holds a Master of Sports Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, obtained in 1993, and a Bachelor of Education - BEd from St. Bonaventure University, obtained in 1989. Don's field of study for the BEd was Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. Don is also a Certified NFLPA Contract Advisor from the NFLPA.
