Fredrick V. Pandian

Fredrick V. Pandian has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fredrick V. currently serves as the Chief Financial & Administration Officer at Ballet Hispánico since December 2016. Prior to this, they worked as an Interim CFO (Consultant) at Ballet Hispánico from August 2016 to November 2016. In 2015, they founded their own company, Pandian Global, where they assumed the role of President. Fredrick V. also worked as an Executive Advisor in Finance at B'nai Jeshurun from June 2016 to June 2019. Before that, they held the position of Director of Finance & Administration at Ballet Hispánico from May 2013 to April 2016. Fredrick V. gained experience in financial management and IT in various roles at Publicolor, starting as an Office Manager & Bookkeeper from June 2006 to June 2007, followed by Assistant Controller & IT Manager from June 2007 to May 2010, and later as Controller & IT Manager from June 2010 to May 2013. Fredrick V.'searly career began at NY Downtown Hospital where they served as an Intensive Care Unit Clerk from February 2003 to November 2006. Additionally, they gained experience as a Junior Accountant at Khozem Master, CPA from February 2005 to June 2006.

Fredrick V. Pandian earned a Dual Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Queens College between 2000 and 2005. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including being a FEA General Member (Nonprofit) from the Financial Executives Alliance in 2022, and certifications in Financial Modeling and Forecasting Financial Statements as well as Leading Globally from LinkedIn in 2020.
