John Jannone

John Jannone has extensive experience in various roles within the arts and education industries. John started their career in 1994 as an Instructor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and later at Hunter College, Pratt Institute, and Hudson Valley Community College. In 2000, they became an Associate Professor at Brooklyn College, where they designed and directed graduate programs in Performance and Interactive Media Arts. Additionally, they taught subjects such as sound design, multimedia production, and interdisciplinary collaboration. In 1998, John became the President and CEO of Ballibay Camps, Inc., a renowned arts camp in Pennsylvania. In 2015, they joined Broken Yolk Productions as a Producer and Composer. Throughout their career, they have also collaborated with The Night Bears and served as a visiting Associate Professor at Osaka University.

John Jannone earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in Philosophy from Colgate University in 2001. John later pursued a Master of Fine Arts degree in Electronic Arts from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2001 to 2003.
