Steve Kipp

Steve Kipp has a long and varied work experience. Steve began their career in 1991 as an Analyst at Humana. Steve then moved to PHAMIS, Inc. in 1992, where they also held the role of Analyst. In 1997, they became a Senior Consultant at Laureate Enterprises, and then a Director of Consulting Services at IDX Systems. In 2006, they were Lead Program Integrator at GE Healthcare, and also held the role of Epic Systems Implementation Patient Access and Revenue Cycle Project Manager at Steve Kipp LLC. From 2007 to 2008, they were Owner of Steven Kipp, LLC, providing project management consulting services for a Hospital and Clinic implementation of Epic System's Patient Access Revenue Cycle solutions. From 2008 to present, they have held various roles at Ballista Consulting, including COO, Managing Partner, OnCore CTMS Financials Implementation - Data, Reporting, Integration and Product PM/Lead, OnCore CTMS Interim Operations Manager, OnCore CTMS Data Migration Project Manager, Facilities ITS Program Manager, ICD-10 Testing and Technical Cutover Project Manager, Epic Ambulatory Implementation Testing Project Manager, Project Management Advisor for Epic 2012 Upgrade, Project Management Cerner Ambulatory CPOE Implementation, Interim Manager Epic Master Files and Security, and Test Lead and Activation Planning/Support for Epic Implementation.

Steve Kipp is currently enrolled at Miami University. Steve has also obtained two certifications from Epic: Epic Research Clinicals 2022 in August 2022, and Epic Research Billing 2022 in June 2022.
