Celine N. Fejeran

Celine N. Fejeran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Ballmer Group since August 2022, Celine previously contributed to Martha's Table as Chief of Staff and Interim Co-CEO, overseeing a $20 million budget and multiple teams. Prior roles include Chief of Community Engagement & Organizing at PAVE, Deputy Director at Raise DC, and Senior Advisor at the DC Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education, where Celine developed significant policy initiatives and led impactful programs. Early in the career, Celine was recognized as an Outstanding First Year Teacher at DCPS. Celine holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from American University and an M.A. in Education Policy from The George Washington University.
