Brian Waddle

Brian Waddle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and operations analysis, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Information Technology and Operations Analyst at Fish City Grill since August 2013. Brian manages the IT infrastructure across 23 restaurants, oversees technology vendor relationships, and maintains the company's Aloha database while actively participating in the Leadership Team. With a strong background in data analysis, Brian prepares insights for the operations team, evaluates financial performance, and contributes to the Culinary Team by calculating food and beverage costs. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Broadcast Statistician for Bally Sports Southwest, Oklahoma, and New Orleans, and held various positions in sports reporting and production, including at CBS Radio and the University of Oklahoma. Brian graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Journalism, Broadcasting and Electronic Media.
