Federico Milanetti

Federico Milanetti is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Bally's Interactive since October 2021, Federico oversees the HR life-cycle for multiple commercial units and has previously held leadership roles at Gamesys, Jackpotjoy Group, and Nestlé, where responsibilities included enhancing HR operations, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting organizational development. Federico holds a Master's degree in Economics from LIUC - Università Cattaneo and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università Bocconi.
