Alicia da Silva

Alicia Da Silva's work experience includes various roles in accounting and finance. Alicia currently works at Bally's Corporation as the Director of Corporate Accounting, Consolidations & Intercompany. Prior to this, they worked at Bally's Corporation as the Corporate Accounting Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the accounting team and overseeing general accounting operations. Alicia also prepared consolidating balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows for the company's subsidiary operating companies.

Before joining Bally's Corporation, Alicia worked at Textron as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Controllers Department. Alicia oversaw the calculation of Average Shares and was involved in the implementation of new lease accounting standards. Alicia also provided updates on accounting standards and their impact on the company. Alicia also worked as a Senior Staff Accountant in the Compensation and Benefits department, overseeing ERISA financial statements and quarterly accruals.

Alicia began their career at EY as a Supervising Senior Associate in Assurance Services. Alicia'sresponsibilities included performing audits for public manufacturing clients, planning and executing multiple engagements, and evaluating internal controls and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.

Alicia started their professional journey as an intern at Textron and also gained customer service experience at Stop & Shop.

Alicia Da Silva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bryant University in 2009. In 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on General MBA, also at Bryant University.
