Theresa Cardillo

Theresa Cardillo has an extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Theresa began their career as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Caremark Corporation in 1996, where they assisted with prescription filling and customer service. Theresa then moved on to various positions within the company, including Operations Auditor, Gross Margin Analyst, Loss Prevention Investigator, Staff Auditor, Senior Auditor, and eventually Audit Supervisor. In these roles, they conducted audits, developed audit plans, assessed controls, and communicated findings to management. Theresa also played a key role in improving inventory accuracy and reducing shrinkage.

In 2014, Theresa joined Lifespan as an Internal Audit and Compliance professional, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they contributed to internal audit and compliance activities.

In 2019, Theresa joined Twin River Worldwide Holdings, Inc. as a Senior SOX Auditor and was later promoted to the role of SOX Audit Manager. Theresa was responsible for managing SOX audits and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Most recently, Theresa joined Bally's Corporation in 2020 as the SOX Audit Manager and was later promoted to the role of Director of SOX Audit in January 2022. In these roles, they oversee the SOX audit process, ensuring compliance and evaluating controls.

Throughout their career, Theresa has demonstrated expertise in audit, compliance, control evaluation, and risk assessment. Theresa has a strong attention to detail and a proven track record of effectively communicating audit findings to senior management.

Theresa Cardillo holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice from Radford University.
