Stéphane Aufsatz

Stéphane Aufsatz has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and IT management. Stéphane is currently working as the Head of Life Insurance IT Core Applications at Bâloise Assurances Luxembourg, where they are responsible for the content delivered by the Business Line "Life Insurance". Stéphane plays a key role in developing the strategy, defining the product vision, and monitoring the budget for the Business Line. Prior to their current role, Stéphane worked as a Business Analyst Manager at The OneLife Company and Lombard International Assurance S.A. In these positions, they were involved in the analysis of business requirements and the management of IT projects. Stéphane also has experience in test coordination and management from their time at Lombard International Assurance and Computer Task Group. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Test Engineer at Lumension Security, where they were responsible for testing and validating security software. Stéphane's work experience also includes roles as a Certifier and QA Team Member & Internal Auditor at Eurodata, where they gained experience in software testing and quality management.

Stéphane Aufsatz began their education in 1994 when they earned their Baccalauréat degree with a focus on Maths & Physics. Afterwards, from 1994 to 1996, they attended Université de Metz where they pursued a DEUG degree in Physics. Continuing their educational journey, from 2001 to 2002, Stéphane attended Université de Metz once again, this time completing a DUT (Bac+2) degree in IT. Stéphane later enrolled in CNAM, Metz, from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Master's degree (Bac+4) in IT.
