Vivien Ulrich

Vivien Ulrich has a diverse work experience that includes roles in sales, operations, customer care, and project management. Vivien is currently the Head of Sales & Operations at Balthasart, where they have been working since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Operations & Customer Care Lead at Balthasart from May 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Balthasart, Vivien worked as an Operations & Customer Support Project Manager at the same company from September 2021 to May 2022. Vivien also has experience as a Trilingual e-commerce Manager at Hermès from November 2019 to September 2021, and as an International Customer Service Representative at Singulart from April 2019 to September 2019.

Vivien Ulrich obtained a Bachelor's degree in Deutsch Französische Studien: Grenzüberschreitende Kommunikation und Kooperation from Universität des Saarlandes in 2014-2017. In 2015-2016, they pursued further studies at Université de Lorraine and obtained a Licence in Etudes franco-allemandes: communication et coopération transfrontalière. Vivien then pursued a Master's degree in Internationale Wirtschaftsbeziehungen from The University of Freiburg in 2017-2018. Lastly, from 2018 to 2019, Vivien Ulrich attended the University of Strasbourg where they obtained a Master's degree in Management international de l'innovation.
