Claire Vachez

Claire Vachez is an experienced professional in transformation and change management, currently serving as Directrice - stratégie de transformation at Balthazar since January 2017. Prior to this role, Claire held the position of Senior Consultant in Transformation and Change Management at Ytae from 2012 to January 2017, providing support for major transformations in the aerospace, banking, and insurance sectors, and fostering a culture of empowerment and cooperation within teams. Claire's career began in climate strategy as a Climate Project Manager at ENGIE, where contributions to CO2 emissions management and climate change risk management were prominent.
