Birutė Noreikaitė

Birutė Noreikaitė has a diverse work experience starting from their current position at Baltic Amadeus as a Project Manager, which they have held since April 2023. Before that, they were a PMO Analyst at the same company from June 2021 to April 2023. Prior to joining Baltic Amadeus, they worked at Invest Lithuania as a Regulatory Affairs Expert and Project Manager, where they focused on improving the business environment and investment climate in Lithuania. Their responsibilities included change management and project management in the fields of education and employment, as well as policy advocacy and evidence-based policy-making. Birutė worked at Invest Lithuania from May 2017 to June 2021.

In addition, Birutė Noreikaitė served as the President of Vilniaus Rotaract klubas from September 2019 to September 2020. Before that, they worked as an Evaluation Coordinator at the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education from August 2016 to June 2017. Their responsibilities in this role included leading international teams during the evaluation process of study programs, organizing and coordinating external evaluation processes, conducting training sessions, and facilitating evaluation visits.

Finally, Birutė Noreikaitė gained early work experience as the Vice President of the Lithuanian National Union of Students from June 2012 to August 2016.

Birutė Noreikaitė holds a Master's degree in Labour and Social Security Law, which they obtained from Mykolas Romeris University. Birutė completed their Master's degree from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they achieved a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same university, graduating between 2009 and 2013. Apart from their formal education, they have also obtained additional certifications. In 2023, they acquired certifications in "Business analysis: Leading from the middle" and "Effective virtual workshop facilitation" from Blackmetric Business Solutions. Birutė also became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance in the same year.
