Goda Baronienė

Goda Baronienė has several years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Goda is currently working at Baltic Amadeus as a Talent Acquisition Lead since January 2022, after holding the position of Talent Acquisition Manager since October 2020. Prior to that, they went on maternity leave from July 2018 to October 2020.

Before joining Baltic Amadeus, Goda worked at Western Union as a Recruiter in Talent Acquisition from August 2017 to July 2018. Goda also had a role as Recruitment Project Manager at Confident, a search and selection company, from an unknown start date to August 2017.

From February 2011 to February 2016, Goda worked at Overdraivas as a Project Manager and Director's Assistant. Additionally, they gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Simplika from December 2012 to July 2013.

Goda Baronienė completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biophysics at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2008 to 2012. Following that, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in leadership & change management at Mykolas Romeris University.
