Paul M. possesses extensive experience in business development, executive search, and maritime industry operations. Currently serving as the Americas Representative at The Baltic Exchange since July 2018, Paul M. focuses on client retention, marketing, and data analysis across the Americas. As a Managing Member at OutPost Exploration LLC since 2014, Paul M. specializes in recruiting and project development related to commodities and renewable fuels. Previous roles include Director of Global Recruiting at Chemoil Corporation, President of OutPost Analysis LLC, and Director of Biofuels at Evolution Markets Inc. Paul M. has also held managerial positions in clean oil operations and freight derivatives and has served as Chairman of the FFA Brokers Association. Educational qualifications include a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a BA in Anthropology and English from Connecticut College.
