Amber Roberts

Amber Roberts, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Baltimore Aircoil Company since July 2023. Prior to this role, Amber held the position of Human Resources Director at Alderman Enterprises from March 2022 to August 2023, and previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Pegasus Laboratories, Inc. from November 2018 to March 2022. Amber's career also includes a position as Director of Human Resources at Offshore Inland Marine & Oilfield Services, Inc. from July 2014 to November 2018.
