Dr. Alfred Wiggins

Dr. Alfred Wiggins serves as the Public Building Maintenance Coordinator and Building Project Coordinator at the Baltimore City Department of General Services since January 2019, specializing in fire suppression and life safety. In addition, Dr. Wiggins has been a Technician at Towner Management CO since June 2012 and has held the position of Senior Pastor at Redeeming Love Baptist Church since January 1994, where a range of ministries including counseling, worship services, and outreach programs are offered. Dr. Wiggins holds multiple degrees in Theology and Divinity, including a Bachelor's degree and multiple Doctor of Divinity titles from Maryland Theological Seminary and College and Eastern Theological Seminary and College, completed between 2007 and 2013.
