Jocelyn Alexander is an experienced educator and health professional currently serving as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus since December 2012, focusing on Speech and Communication Studies. In addition to academic roles, Jocelyn manages COVID-19 community health efforts at the Baltimore City Health Department.
