Joseph Eddie Cilengi

Joseph Eddie Cilengi is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in both accounting and education. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant and Budget Analyst at the Baltimore City Health Department since June 2021, Joseph develops and guides grant accounting and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulations and GAAP through detailed financial analysis and reporting. Prior to this role, Joseph was a Lecturer at Vaal University of Technology from January 2012 to June 2021, where lectures on financial accounting were delivered to up to 300 students. Joseph holds an Honors Degree in Accounting and Finance from North-West University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting and Finance (2008-2012).
